電纜故障精確定位之-聲磁同步接收法

        通(tong)過分(fen)辨(bian)探(tan)測(ce)傳(chuan)感器接收到(dao)的(de)放(fang)電(dian)時產生的(de)聲音信號和磁場信號的(de)時間差來(lai)找(zhao)到(dao)故障(zhang)點的(de)方法(fa)稱為(wei)聲磁同(tong)(tong)步接收法(fa),簡稱為(wei)聲磁同(tong)(tong)步法(fa),這是為(wei)了對聲測(ce)法(fa)揚(yang)長(chang)避短而研究出的(de)新方法(fa)。

1. 聲磁同步接收法應用范圍
       ;同(tong)(tong)聲(sheng)(sheng)測(ce)法(fa)一樣,聲(sheng)(sheng)磁同(tong)(tong)步(bu)法(fa)可以測(ce)試除金(jin)屬性(xing)短(duan)路(lu)以外(wai)的(de)所有加高壓脈(mo)(mo)沖信號后故障點(dian)能發出放(fang)電(dian)(dian)聲(sheng)(sheng)音的(de)故障。所不同(tong)(tong)的(de)是,用聲(sheng)(sheng)磁同(tong)(tong)步(bu)法(fa)定點(dian)時,除了接收放(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)音信號外(wai),還(huan)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)接收放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流產生(sheng)的(de)脈(mo)(mo)沖磁場信號。
2.聲磁同(tong)步接收法測試原理
       在向(xiang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜中加高(gao)壓(ya)脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)使故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點處會(hui)產(chan)生聲音(yin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流會(hui)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜周圍(wei)產(chan)生脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao);通過(guo)感應線圈和振動傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi),用(yong)現代微電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技術可以(yi)把脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)和聲音(yin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)記錄(lu)下來;如果在記錄(lu)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)觸發(fa)儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)接收外界聲音(yin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),由于(yu)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)波(bo),傳(chuan)播(bo)速度極快(kuai),一(yi)般(ban)從(cong)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點傳(chuan)播(bo)到儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭放置處所用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)可忽略不(bu)計,而聲波(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)播(bo)速度則相(xiang)對慢得多(傳(chuan)播(bo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)為毫秒(miao)級(ji)),這樣同一(yi)個(ge)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)脈沖(chong)(chong)(chong)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)聲音(yin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)和磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)傳(chuan)到探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭時(shi)(shi)(shi)就會(hui)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)差(cha),其(qi)值就能代表故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點距離的(de)(de)(de)(de)遠近,找(zhao)到時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)差(cha)最小的(de)(de)(de)(de)點,就是(shi)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)正上方,換句(ju)話說(shuo),探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭所對應的(de)(de)(de)(de)下方就是(shi)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點。
        利(li)用現(xian)代技術(shu),可以同(tong)時把聲音(yin)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)波形和(he)磁(ci)場(chang)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)波形在同一(yi)屏幕上(shang)顯(xian)示(shi)出來,圖2-1所示(shi)的就是聲(sheng)磁(ci)同步法(fa)查找故障點的屏(ping)(ping)幕顯(xian)示(shi)。屏(ping)(ping)幕上半(ban)部(bu)分顯示磁場波形(xing),下半(ban)部(bu)分顯 示聲音波(bo)形;通過磁場波(bo)形的正負(fu)查(cha)找電(dian)纜的路徑,使(shi)測(ce)試人(ren)員(yuan)定點時不至于(yu)偏離電纜(lan);由(you)于(yu)在接收到脈(mo)沖磁場后和接收到放電(dian)聲音前的這段聲磁(ci) 時間差內(nei),外界是(shi)相對安靜的(de),這段時(shi)(shi)(shi)間內的(de)聲音波形近似為直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian),直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)的(de)長度就代(dai)表時(shi)(shi)(shi)間差(cha)的(de)長短。如(ru)圖2-3所(suo)示,放(fang)電聲音波形前(qian)面的(de)(虛光標左邊的(de))直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)部分代(dai)表的(de)就是(shi)聲磁時(shi)(shi)(shi)間差(cha),通過比較這段直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)的(de)長短就可以查找到故障點;這段直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)最短時(shi)(shi)(shi),探(tan)頭所(suo)在(zai)位置的(de)正(zheng)下方(fang)就是(shi)故障點。

       需要注意的(de)是(shi):由于周圍填埋物不同以及(ji)埋設的(de)松軟(ruan)程度(du)不同等原因,很難確切知道聲(sheng)音在電纜(lan)周圍介質中(zhong)的(de)傳(chuan)播(bo)速度(du),所以不太(tai)容易根(gen)據磁、聲(sheng)信號的(de)時間差,準(zhun)確地(di)知道故障(zhang)點與探(tan)頭(tou)之間的(de)距離。
3.聲(sheng)磁(ci)同步接(jie)收法各種故障形式的接線(xian)方式
        用聲磁(ci)同步法進行故(gu)障定點的必要(yao)條件是:測試探頭必須接收(shou)到脈沖磁(ci)場信(xin)號和故(gu)障點放(fang)電的聲音信(xin)號。
由于用聲磁同步法(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)定(ding)位(wei)時(shi),是通過(guo)先接(jie)(jie)收到的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)磁場信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)觸發儀(yi)器(qi)后開始(shi)接(jie)(jie)收記錄地(di)下傳(chuan)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)聲音信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)。所以對故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)施(shi)加(jia)脈沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓使故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)能否發出較強烈的(de)(de)(de)、能被儀(yi)器(qi)接(jie)(jie)收到的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)磁場信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),是能否繼續(xu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)定(ding)點的(de)(de)(de)前提。那么連接(jie)(jie)高壓信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)發生器(qi)對故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)施(shi)加(jia)沖(chong)擊電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),在接(jie)(jie)線(xian)方式上一定(ding)想辦法(fa)使金屬護層參與到放電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)者(zhe)之(zhi)間,護層兩(liang)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地(di)線(xian)要接(jie)(jie)好,這樣在電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)周圍,就能收到比較強的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)磁場信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(在第一節已經論述)。
       (1)單相(xiang)或多相(xiang)接地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)這(zhe)種故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)占6kV及(ji)以上(shang)等級電(dian)纜主絕緣故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的95%以上(shang)。接地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的沖擊高(gao)壓是加在(zai)(zai)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)相(xiang)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)纜的金屬護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的,故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)產生的振動,通過(guo)護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)傳到了地(di)(di)面(mian)上(shang),容(rong)易(yi)被接收下來;多相(xiang)接地(di)(di)時,雖然相(xiang)間(jian)(jian)也(ye)(ye)有故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),也(ye)(ye)要(yao)把(ba)沖擊高(gao)壓加在(zai)(zai)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)相(xiang)與(yu)(yu)金屬護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),不應加在(zai)(zai)兩相(xiang)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)。
       (2)相(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)故(gu)障(zhang)6kV及以上等級(ji)的(de)(de)電纜幾乎不(bu)存在這(zhe)種故(gu)障(zhang),低(di)壓(ya)電纜中(zhong)這(zhe)種故(gu)障(zhang)相(xiang)(xiang)對多一(yi)(yi)些,但(dan)大部分是發生在芯(xin)線(xian)和(he)零線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)。相(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),沖擊高壓(ya)加到兩故(gu)相(xiang)(xiang)之(zhi)間(jian),故(gu)障(zhang)間(jian)隙放電產(chan)生的(de)(de)振動被(bei)電纜外絕緣層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)屏蔽,地面(mian)受到的(de)(de)地波較弱;有金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)電纜,運行時(shi)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)兩端一(yi)(yi)般(ban)不(bu)接(jie)地,也不(bu)裸(luo)露出(chu)(chu)來,故(gu)障(zhang)測試時(shi)要把金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)露出(chu)(chu)來,并同位于低(di)電位的(de)(de)那一(yi)(yi)相(xiang)(xiang)(一(yi)(yi)般(ban)為(wei)零相(xiang)(xiang))連接(jie)后(hou)再和(he)工作地連接(jie)到一(yi)(yi)起(qi),以保證電纜能(neng)產(chan)生較強烈的(de)(de)脈沖磁(ci)場(chang)信號。
       (3)開路故(gu)障開路而不接(jie)(jie)(jie)地的(de)故(gu)障極少發(fa)生。對(dui)這類故(gu)障測試(shi)時(shi),要在對(dui)端把故(gu)障相和電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)金屬(shu)(shu)護(hu)層(ceng)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)并接(jie)(jie)(jie)到(dao)工作地上,使沖擊(ji)高(gao)壓加在故(gu)障相與電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)金屬(shu)(shu)護(hu)層(ceng)之間,把故(gu)障當(dang)成閃絡性故(gu)障測試(shi),因為電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)和護(hu)層(ceng)阻(zu)隔(ge)了開路處間隙放電(dian)(dian)的(de)機械(xie)振動,地面上接(jie)(jie)(jie)收到(dao)的(de)地震波較弱,如(ru)果電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)開路的(de)同時(shi)又(you)發(fa)生了接(jie)(jie)(jie)地現象,可參照(zhao)(電纜故(gu)障(zhang)檢測(ce)設備廠家(jia)談故(gu)障(zhang)電纜的(de)精確定位來處理。
